Ordinarily, I do not write reviews, but due to the genuine hospitality we were given during our stay at the Villa, I felt it necessary. Donna, the manager, met us when we arrived at the villa. Perfect Combo for work and play. Just returned to NY after 10 days in Jamaica. Spent the first half in Kingston were i attended Carribean fashion week, the second half i spent at GeeJam in Port Antonio where I completed an assignment for GQ shooting a pin up story on Jamaican Super Model Carla Campell. I have no idea what the above reviewers see in Frenchman's cove - it is not "retro" but rather, has not been cleaned or updated since 1955! The villa was dirty, the staff unfriendly. $20 was stolen out of my wallet -- they encourage you to put valuables in the managers safe since there is no safe in villas. This... more
