Ocean Reef is a nice spot to relax. The on site staff were much more pleasant than many others we met at other hotels, stores and some eateries. The hotel restaurant was good. Welcome home!! Always greeted with a smile and the best food in Port Lucaya! The BEST conch chowder EVER!!! We have a timeshare,(an all-inclusive) and still make the trip to Giovanni's for the conch chowder...8 years running now. Can't say enough about the wonderful food and friendly service!! We did realize that at this price, we weren't going to get the Ritz-Carlton and a private butler, but we were very happy with what we DID get!
