We have stayed at many high end hotels and resorts - many Four Seasons properties. This was our first time at a Ritz Carlton property. Omni Cancun Hotel and Villas

Hotel description online was very misleading. Room was OK, dirty glasses by sink and with room service. They pressure you to get all-inclusive, but I am very happy we did not. The food for breakfast was OK, but other than that it was very average to bad. Da Vinci's was supposed to be very good. I don't know who reviewed... more

My husband and I stayed at the Royal from May 1st - May 10th. First I want to say the employees there are exceptional and probably some of the nicest employees that we have come across in our travels. We have absolutely no complaints about the service, but the hotel itself is overrated. It is a beautiful hotel and appearance... more
