We booked a week at this all-inclusive hotel after reading the reviews here and it exceeded our expectations. We (my husband, 14 yr old son and I) stayed at the Riu Palace Mexico for 6 nights - 6/15/08-6/21/08. Everything went smoothly from check in (we arrived at the resort around 12:30 pm and were in our room by 12:45 pm). Any requests were met within 30 minutes (mattress toppers, rollaway bed for our son, extra pillows). And everyone... more
