This is a much over rated hotel mostly over rated on the web site so presumably by the owners themselves. Once upon a time it must have been a pleasant place to be but now it's tired and shabby, its glory long gone. La Bastille was the only restaurant I passed that had staff outside to greet the potential customer. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which was very important as I was there with my disabled mother. The owner/manager of this hotel does not seem to like Brits and Americans. My advice to you is to find another hotel in Annecy. There are plenty of them. more

This was our third visit to this campsite and it was better than ever. The site could not be cleaner. The log cabins which are rented out are perfect. As commented on in some other reviews, there are a number of one-way streets in Annecy which makes getting to the hotel a little tricky.
