The Mercure Hotel is a nice clean hotel with a good breakfast but it is by no stretch of the imagination a four star hotel. It charges four star prices but doesn't provide all the features one expects. In room internet access is almost universal these days but at the Mercure you have to buy WiFi access from the Cloud... more

Again my hesitation to staying in a chain hotel in Europe was unfounded. We had stayed in an Ibis in Frankfurt and were very impressed. The same here. Booked 2 single rooms, got one double instead. Hated it. Beds are uncomfortable. Some persons in the staff are not honest. more
