I went to this hotel as a conference manager running a 3 day event there. We chose it because one of the delegates who was swiss recommended it. Overall the hotel is very pleasant and well run. This is a four star hotel in a French-speaking part of the Swiss alps. The overall quality of the facility is very good. I had a very large double room with a fine view of the valley. For a rate of 264 CHF per room (B&B) we did not expect to end up in room that was so incredibily sad (actually one of the saddest rooms I had in my life and I've stayed in many...).
