The Pensione is at great location on George Street. Buses right outside go to Circle Quay every few minutes and its a short walk to Darling Harbour. I am currently still staying at the Annam in Potts Point. Firstly, it's not actually Potts Point but technically Kings Cross. The area is dodgy if you travel alone I really don't recommend it.
