This hotel looks amazing and has the potential for being on of the best in Buthan. Too bad that when we made a reservation nobody mentioned that the hotel is at least 6 months ( or more ) behind schedule. There are workers everywhere... no pool, no gym, just a few rooms open. We even had painters and carpenters walking... more

I stayed at the Taj Tashi for a week in April 2008. The hotel was only recently opened and building work is still ongoing. My husband and I stayed at the Dewachen in Phobjika Vally for just one night in late April. The hotel was beautiful and the views from the windows in our room (numer 3) of the valley were astounding.
