For $15 in Cambodia you can find better hotels. Positive was the close location near the riverside which attracts a lot of foreign tourists, but also Khmer families who stroll and sit along the Sisowath Quay. Something just didn't seem right about the place. The rooms are a bit scuzzy and dark, there's a shady night club and casino, and the doorman kept offering to arrange massage (and I'm sure he didn't mean a shoulder rub!) more
