Absolutely amazing hotel, especially if you get a suite (which was organised by ourselves). However our tour operator - Abu Hafsah Foundation was beyond rubbish will NEVER go with them again. We had to buy and organise everthing ourselves even though we paid the group leader for a 5* package of over £3400, never got any money back. more
