Zam Zam Towers was an excellent hotel. It had a wonderful location just outside Masjid-ul-Haram. The staff was very nice most who spoke different languages other than Arabic. The breakfast buffet had many different cultured food(Desi,Arabic, etc.) The lobby was a bit confusing to get around but it was manageable. It was also very clean and the rooms were big and spacious.It... more

Stayed at Zam Zam Sofitel during Umrah trip. The room that we had was very comfortable with sink, cooker, kettle and table for dining. This small kitchen was very handy especially for our 2 and a half year old daughter. Rooms were well decorated with very good quality bed linen. Bathroom was very clean with all the modern bits and... more

Stayed there during Umrah trip and was given a room upgrade, very spacious for family of three, including a toddler. Location was the best, considering the massive re-devopment in the vicinity, it is the closest hotel to Kaabah. Room was very comfortable and amenities sufficient, buffet breakfast was pretty good but after a few days, its much of the same,... more

I stayed at the "Hilton Towers" last year as part of my Umrah trip. Firstly, don't get too 'carried' away so to speak. There are two Hiltons, a) The Hilton and b) Hilton Towers. Hilton Towers is more of a budget hotel whereas the Hilton is a posh and more luxurious. It is a good hotel however as all hotels... more

Breakfast is fantastic and delicious. only thing, I didn't like is the car park facilities of hotel. Hotel is charging from guests to park their cars in... more

Booked the hotel through a Hajj agent based in Preston. I was paying more for my Hajj trip than most of the people but it was well worth the money. The hotel was ideal for me as I had my elderly mother with me. We could pray our Salaat behind the Imam during the busy Hajj time without leaving the... more

The hotel is still under construction, so you will witness alot of construction work going on. We had a kaaba view double suite room but to be honest, we really had to strain our neck in the window to see a glimpse of the side view of the kaaba. The room was nice, the breakfast was excellent. The lobby is... more

The biggest pro about this hotel is its location. Hardly steps away from the Haram, it attracts a lot of tourists. But because of that, the reception is ALWAYS crowded, and one has to yell to attract a moment of attention. The hotel's structure is a bit confusing, especially if you are staying in one of the towers. I was... more

What a Hotel, but no service at all. We stayed in a Suite on the 31st floor, great views of the Haram and Mecca including the mountains. The rooms were really accomodating to stay in, but no service at all. House-keeping was really terrible, as the room was not cleaned on time. When I arrived and checked in, the air-con... more

Just returned from an Umrah trip with family. If you don't speak arabic learn it before you go because the staff will ignore you and even walk away. The place is very flashy and comfy rooms but the service is terrible. The place is chaos in the lobby littered with luggage, a sure fire hazzard. Room service can take upto... more

I I stayed there from 2-4 April. Just came back form an Umrah. Very nice and clean hotel. Bit expensive but hey look at the location right in form of the Haram. The elevators are very slow hence, you usually have to wait for one for few minutes especially during prayer time. Biggest tip, book your hotel yourself through online... more

I have just returned from my 11 day Umrah trip with my family. There was no problems at check-in, which only took 10 minutes. The front office staff found us a more suitable studio as the one that had been reserved for us involved climbing a flight of stairs and as my mother is disabled she would have found it... more

I booked two weeks in advance, at the Hilton Tower, for my anniversary, and even asked to be picked up from Jeddah Airport. I was very wary about the pickup services and called again, three days before departure, to make sure they have my reservation and a car will wait for me at the airport. On the phone they sounded... more

Absolutely amazing hotel, especially if you get a suite (which was organised by ourselves). However our tour operator - Abu Hafsah Foundation was beyond rubbish will NEVER go with them again. We had to buy and organise everthing ourselves even though we paid the group leader for a 5* package of over £3400, never got any money back. more

I would like to say that one of the best 5* hotels in Mecca. They really represented the true hospitality standards, variety of food and delicious too. Stayed during Hajj and found the best services, cooperative, smiling and kind staff. Food taste and quality was excellent. Would love to stay again and also recommended my family and friends to stay... more

For a world class Hotel the service provided was very basic at times poor and the charges too expensive for off season. We have stayed in other Hilton hotels before and the experience was much dirreferent, nicer. Those who are managing this branch seem not to care much on service provision and the management have their minds made up, this... more
