I stayed here two years ago when i first went to Peru to backpack the country for 5 weeks. It was definitely a good hotel to start off the trip since after that it was all hostels. We just came back from a tour of Peru. The worst hotel we were booked at was the El Ducado. It was dirty, had roaches and smelled very moldy. The hotel also messed up one of the rooms we reserved so we had to move 3 times in one night. The front desk employee was also not helpful with the... more
