This hotel is positioned as 4 star but barely can stand upto 3* standards. Rooms are OK, but the service is very lousy - the room was not cleaned properly (though there was slight improvement after money was left on a pillow). As far as location, I think it was good because it was along the beachfront strip (like how it is in Hawaii). The garden grounds were pretty and abundant.
