I'd suggest that people are wary of this place. although the accomodation appears nice, and is quite nice, if you have any problems, the staff/owners are probably the least friendly Thai's I have come across.. My friend and I rented a scooter, which got stolen from Sams', despite the fact there was security guard on duty. They offered us little... more

Overall my girlfriend and I were very happy with our 2 night stay at this hotel. We had a superior room which was very spacious leading onto a big balcony overlooking the gardens/pool area. The hotel is looking a little worn but don't let this put you off. It has 2 pools, one of which is more popular with familes... more

Awesome place to stay! Our family of four spent two nights in the family room at the Oriental Kwai. The setting was gorgeous, right along the river and the owners and staff catered to our every need.
