Stayed at the hotel for about two week. The hotel was clean however did not cater to international travelers. The rooms had plenty of space but a drawback was that there were no English speaking television stations or Newspapers. Consistent with many hotels in the area the rooms had doors that opened to the hallway which is a bit concerning... more

Everything is ridiculously overpriced. Guests are seen as sheep that need to be sheared vigorously. Rooms are dated. Location is rubbish. New nightclub next door keeps you awake unless jet-lag helps you sleep. False billing of Pay-TV, and rip-off internet charges. Not worth the money. more

Stayed for a week on business. I love Kazakhstan, I love the people, but this hotel was eye-wateringly, jaw-droppingly expensive. I had a sandwich and fruit juice from the bar and it came to £38! The cheapest bottle of wine was £80! A wonderful hotel though. more
