“A comforable stay”

Located on the banks of the Dvina River, a rather classy hotel. Helpful staff and nice restaurant. It is where diplomats and the oil businessmen stay. Renovated fairly recently, but there is an older building off one of the eaves with a more distinctive Soviet feel... also a cheaper price for those rooms. This hotel will take care of passport... more

We stayed in this hotel several times during an extended stay and it is the best place in town. Don't know when it was last refurbished but it remains very well kept, clean etc. and they maintain a very high standard for guests. We never had a complaint at this place, but it seems the Russian Elite are all too... more
