As close as you can get to real italian food. Where can you find a owner speaking with his sons in italian at a restaurant these days? This Dallas staple now has several locations all over DFW. Stop in and have a carne asada. They have 4 options. Enchiladas are great, especially the chicken verde. Can't beat chips, salsa, and black bean dip. Ask for a side of fried plantains. more

You can't beat a great medium rare burger with a side of greasy cheddar fries. The fries give it a slight (Really slight) edge over Jake's. You may want to run home instead of sit in the car. more
