After having visited Kamakura we walked to see the Great Buddha of Kamakura, 2nd largest statue of Buddha of Japan. You pass the entrance gate, walk a few seconds and then you see the 13-meter statue. Only one word comes to you "wow". The statue was casted more than 800 years ago. We visited this large Buddha on a day and a half visit to Kamakura. Personally I am not very knowledgeable of Buddhist religion, but it was still pretty incredible to see and a great photo opportunity.
