We have stayed at the Silver Tree Hotel in Snowmass on very many occasions in the past since we have a close friend who lives in Snowmass and it is more convenient to stay there then Aspen. I've been to this establishment beginning of august this year (2008) and the service was terrible, the server was rude and the manager wasn't around when I asked for one. I understand it is not a fine dining restaurant but when u r not even noticed by anyone for over 20 minutes something must be wrong. I'm never going back... more

Biking down the Maroon Bells with Blazing Adventures staff member Kelly was just AMAZING! Diane and Kelly met us at their Snowmass Village location, just a quick walk from our hotel, and they immediately made us feel very comfortable even though we aren't regular bikers.
