We stayed at the Best Western in Fernandina Beach for Labor Day Weekend. Checked in on Sat and when I woke up first......there was a huge roach walking across the bed. I hit it off and then killed it as to not wake my daughter who would have had a fit. Went to the restroom where there was another crawling... more

Addison on Amelia is the perfect place to rest and be pampered. Bob and Shannon have created an atmosphere of peace and welcome here. The rooms are furnished with wonderfully comfortable beds, and my room had a beautiful new shower. My husband, toddler and I went to the Ritz Amelia Island for vacation. We chose the Ritz because we got a good package deal online and because it is touted as a great family resort. I've been to the Ritz in DC before and so I had certain expectations. This hotel failed in the most critical area...customer service. But first... more
