My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place Brentwood during the week of Thanksgiving, and were pleasantly surprised. We were there with several other family members (4 couples and 4 children total), visiting my husband's family in Nashville for the holidays. This is a tie. No pun intended. I love Royal Thai's Pohpia Tod, and the Long Song dish with peanut sauce. However, we are long-time patrons of THAI TASTE on Heywood Lane, and the service and food are wonderful there. Can't decide. more

The home is a beautiful older home with lots of antiques. Our room while very nice was not very large. There could be a problem with the entrance to our room since you stepped right out onto a step (no landing). There was a lot going on the weekend we were there and the owner was at times visibly flustered... more
