We visited Plateria Gloria on Dec 6th, 2002, on the recommendation of travel tips we found elsewhere on the 'net. We had already visited a couple dozen shops in Taxco and had a fair idea of what was "out there". This shop has much more selection, and I think finer craftsmanship than most of the other shops.
