This is a must see place for all who come to this great city, especially as it has apparently been refurbished and the mosaics in the dome gleam brightly in the lights. I simply can't imagine going to London and not visiting St Paul's. While not as splendid as Westminster, the cathedral is rich in history and very beautiful. Don't miss it--you would regret it if you knew what you were missing! more

The American Memorial was very touching. It brought home the long-standing friendship between our two countries. It was made more poignant by the present disaster we've sadly dragged our friends into. St Pauls is beautiful inside, no question about it. They don't allow picture taking inside. (never stopped me) I guess they would rather have you buy a book about St Pauls with photos inside then take your own. We visited on a Sunday when the stairway was closed. We did get to go to the evensong though which was great.... more
