Plan to spend two or three hours at Taunus Therme. If you're shy, (and don't want to participate in public nudity) you can spend a wonderful afternoon in the largest indoor (and by swimming THROUGH a wall outdoor) pool I've ever experienced. There are enormous hot tubs and a number of waterfalls and jet sprays to relax and invogorate you.... more

This amazing (what shall I call it? spa?) is somewhat famous in Germany, as it is an excellent place to do sauna, and has the splashy attractions of various hot pools, showers, etc. To me the best part is the upstairs, where one can enjoy about 10 different 'stations' for enjoying a true sauna experience. You get different sauna buildings... more
