We visited two great wineries and got to taste wine and fresh olive oil at both. In addition, we had lunch in a tiny Tuscan town at a great restaurant that we never would have found on our own. The tour group is small and the price one of the most reasonable we found. Our tour guide was so nice... more

The tour took us to two wine producing locations (1) an old Italian Villa and (2) a castle! You can't beat that for some interest and originality. Both had breathtaking views and we enjoyed the wines. A relaxing traditional Italian lunch in a small town served with, of course more wine, was very good! Chianti Wine Tours is an excellent value/experience, and we would highly recommend the tour to anyone visiting the Florence/Tuscany area. The tour is small/intimate and provides a very relaxing morning/afternoon in the Tuscan countryside. This was an amazing experience which I highly recommend to anyone interested in seeing Tucany and learning a little about wine. Erin, our tour guide, was very sweet and knowledgeable about the area. Traveled to Florence in mid-April. A little chillier than expected but a wonderful experience. Amazing landscape, architecture, art and food. Went on Chianti-Winetours.com 'van' vineyards tour. It was GREAT! Only 5 of us and the tour was very informative and fun and reasonable (75 euro). Can't speak for the bike tour but it gets rave reviews and they were leaving... more
