I went here with my son, it´s not the big thing, it´s just good, I think it will be more bigger, or something better more

Whilst agreeing with everyone else that this statue is much smaller than you would expect of such a famous tourist sight, it's only a short walk from the Grand Place through cheerful streets full of nice shops. It is well worth seeing hundreds of his donated "costumes" on display on the top floor of the Hotel Ville Museum in the... more

While it's small, Its still worth a visit. It is very amusing, and watching all the other tourists get all excited by it is even funnier! Its only about a 5 min walk from the Grand Place, so worth checking out. The walk there is interesting as well, so make sure you dont miss it! more

Most of the previous reviewers are right! Have a sense of humour. Part of the fun is watching people's reaction to him. It is only a short walk from that fabulous place Grand Place, so no great inconvenience. See my photos. On my first day he was dressed as an astronaut (or firefighter?), on 2nd day naked, on the third... more

Bit like the Atomium - what do people expect? We all know what it looks like so why is it so disappointing when you get there...because he's small?!?! Well size shouldnt matter ;) See it. Tick the box. Buy a bag of chocolate Mannekin Pis's(?) and munch them on the way to Grand Place. Great fun. more

I agree with a previous review that you have to see it for the sake of seeing it. It's nothing amazing or anything spectacular, so we were really disappointed when we got there. My husband went, "that's all?". But I won't say that it's totally a waste of time, the walk was nice, you see a lot of things along... more

When visiting Brussels I had this thing in my mind, that if you haven't seen this little guy you've not been to Brussels ! I was surprised how small he is, - the area in and around the Manneken Pis is a real tourist hot spot, with cobbeled streets and loads of chocolate shops , some might think its tacky... more

...get in on the joke. Every other city in the world has statues of kings on horseback, gods and godesses, women with torches, generals and presidents... Brussels has a sense of humor. It's not a statue of a legend, it's the legends about the statue. I love the story of a king who was distraught by his son being lost... more
