We decided to pop in to see Kourion on our way back to Paphos airport from the east of the island and it was well worth the visit. Lots of walking but worth it. The most sign posted and explained sight that we visited in all of Cyprus. Check out the stadium and Temple of Apollon Ylates just up the road. more

Kourion (Curium) is a huge archelogical site situated high above the beautiful blue sea. We arrived by car and there is plenty of room to park, but most tour operators run excursions there.
