It takes a small ride with the cable cart to get you up there and €10 per person (return) but is realy worth it. The views of the city that you can see there are outstanding and if the weather is good the fotos are excellent. You can walk around this old castle and really feel you're back in time.... more

We just got back from Salzburg. On our last day we took a chance and caught bus Nr. 25 from the main bus station (platform 2) to the end destination (€1.80 each). From there, we got a ride on a cable cart to the top of the Untersberg mountain (€16 return each). What a fantastic view! You'll feel like on... more
