The Belvedere is a beautifull palace in a great setting. Walking through the garden offers great views on vienna. But the main reason why you have to visit this place, are the masterpieces of Gustav Klimt. Wonderfull! more

The Belvedere Palaces consist of the Upper Belvedere Palace which is connected to the Lower Belvedere Palace and Orangery by a formal landscaped garden in the French style, with many statues and waterfountains. This was the summer residence of Prince Eugene of Savoy, it amazingly took less than two years to build the Upper Belvedere with its ornate facade. This... more
