Vigeland park is full of statues by Gustav Vigeland. He worked for the city for 15 years making statues to fill the park. I think there are something like 180 statues there, and all the people depicted are naked, except for the statue he made of himself, which is fully-clothed! The statues are sometimes funny, sometimes sad, but always beautiful.... more

I spent 9 days in Norway on a beautiful farm in Aurskog Holand, in the southeast part of Norway close to Sweden. It was the start of April, this year (2003).
