Myself Husband and two friends from Germany went for a weekend, it was so peacefull so beautiful and so friendly. We stayed in a hotel but just across the lake were lots of caravans and motorhomes, we shall be taking our motorhome on a visit there and would recommend you do the same - BRILLIANT. more

Visited twice in September 2006 ... first just the wife and I biked around the lake, picniced and rented a paddle-boat. Then we came back the following weekend with teen daugher and her friend to camp. Wonderful time was had on both occasions. We'll definitely come back. Beautiful lake, wonderful town (but a little expensive) and great camping. Very relaxed,... more
