The Taipei 101 is awesome! We went there twice, once in the afternoon and a couple days later at night. I definately reccomend going at night because it is so pretty. It's one of the coolest places in Taipei. more

Honestly, I am not very impressed with the building. The stores in 101 are rather boring too, nothing that I can't find elsewhere. However, if you are a tourist, you should go there to take a few pictures for a keepsake. After that, drop by Cold Stone for a nice dessert. more

Taipei 101 , riding up the fastest elevator to the observation floor was super smooth, 89 floors in 40 seconds. Taipei 101 is well worth a visit. Towering above, dwarfing actually, the rest of Taipei it is an architectual marvel. Besides it shear height, it is also a very unique and beautiful skyscraper. 2008年4月に行きました。 台北で一番高いタワーであり、当時、確か世界一のタワーだったのではないでしょうか。 最寄り駅から無料の送迎バスが出ており、うまくそれを見つけられれば、ビルの入り口に直行です。 そのビルの５階に入り口があり、そこで入場券を購入してエレベータで上ります。 入場券には、タワーのカフェ等の割引券がついてます。 エレベータの中には、その瞬間の時速や場所を示すモニターがついており、なかなか臨場感たっぷり。 上には２－３フロアあり、イヤホンガイド（日本語チャネルあり）を聞きながら一通り回ったら、下のフロアに行って、この高いタワーを支える仕組みであるダンパー（衝撃吸収機能？）を見てきたり、上のフロアで外の空気を吸ってきたり、といろいろやることはあります。 上に行くと、展望台もありますが、その横(?)に、暗い廊下で床のデザインが刻々と変わるところもありました。 夜行きましたが、タワーの中から また 上から なかなか眺めは良かったです。 記念撮影したらすぐにフレームにはめてくれるコーナーがありますが、そこでは、同時に、世界一の塔の来場証明書のようなものを出してくれます。 写真は高いのですが、この証明書は意外に安く、しかも、（当時は）入場券を購入した際にもらえた割引券がこれに適用でき、結構安く上がりました。 登頂証明書のようなものを集めてらっしゃる方には、お勧めです。 タワーの上には、キャラクターグッズのショップ等もありました。 カフェもありますが、観光地価格です。 more
