Having lived near HwaGyeSa, i visited several times. It's a good 25 minute walk up a mild slope to actually reach the temple, but a very peaceful walk with some nice statues and architecture to admire along the way. The temple is very photogenic, so bring a camera. Just remember it's a place of worship, and be respectful. Discreet photography... more
