There are two sides of Yusupov Palace. The first part of the tour shows you there beauty of the Palace which is just as grand as some of the royal palaces. The rooms are breathtaking. The art displayed are all reproductions as the originals are in the Hermitage, but still very beautiful and you are taken back into to history... more

This is another of the beautiful palaces in St. Petersburg. In the city proper, it's not as long as a trip as Gatchina, Peterhof or Catherine's palace. When I lived there (2002-2004), the guide books said it was "faded," but it (like a lot of places in Peter) was refinished for the 300 year anniversary in 2003 and it looks... more
