“Great Champagne - Must do the Bubble Room”

We booked ourselves into the Bubble Room at J Vineyards which is really a large room where you can have a one on one experience with their champagne (or wine if you choose) which is paired with food. My wife and I have been drinking sparkling wine from J back since when it was called the Jordan Sparkling Wine Co. For its price and quality, I would put this up against most sparkling wines and champagnes as the best in class. We had been told by a number of people that a visit to J Winery was an experience - well, that's true, they just hadn't told us that it was a bad experience. We have been to the Healdsburg area of Sonoma on 2 occassions, both times for 3 or 4 days, and on those trips visited many very enjoyable... more
