One of our favorite stops during a long weekend in Napa. We sampled three excellent Pinot Noirs while enjoying the terrific view from their lovely terrace. Our table server, who spoke in a lovely thick French accent, was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Excellent change of pace from the more-hectic scene along route 29 further in the heart of the valley. more

We just came back from a visit to wine country. We loved the ambiance of Domaine Carneros. Beautiful estate and grounds. They have a nice informative tour every hour which is worthwhile taking and it is free. I was originally disappointed that they only offered a 'sparkling white wine' plus a couple of reds. My husband had a glass of the red, which was a generous glass and fabulous for $9.00. Domaine Carneros is the most beautiful winery I experienced in the Napa area. Its a great place to spend an afternoon on their terrace for bubbly and cheese plates. The staff was friendly and professional. Make sure to stop by this one on your visit to Wine Country you won't regret it! more
