We were at Bahai Honda State Park at the end of August, beginning of September. We decided to come back...we spent the day Nov 8th 2007. It was a blast! This time there was no seaweed...and it was much busier than the last time. If only I lived here! more

Two awesome beaches, one is perfect for little ones. Clear water, decent snorkeling. Some sharks near the sea grass, they fish, but they are nurse sharks- the nice ones. Swim you heart out in the most beautiful, natural park in Florida. Grab a kayak and explore! more

Had a great day swimming at Bahia Honda.... the beach is absolutely beautiful- clear blue water, well maintained beach, clean restrooms with outdoor showers.....there is even a gift shop in case you want a snack or gift. We enjoyed watching pelican's dive into the ocean for their dinner. A must see if you're in the keys. more
