Sebago provided a great outing during our recent trip to Key West. We booked directly on the Internet, which was easy and the communication very good. The check in staff was nice and efficient and the crew was friendly and accomodating. We set sail at 10:00 with about 35 people on the boat and they offered a breakfast of muffins,... more

Our party of three 20-somethings booked the Sebago Power Adventure online for Sunday, July 13. I awoke that morning to rain on our hotel balcony and called down to the check-in booth to make sure they were still going out. The friendly woman on the other end of the line cheerfully replied, "We're still sailing!" Sebago has a number of... more

This is another time when my wife searched the internet and booked something in a port of call that was not offered from the ship. In fact, when we thought we wouldn't be able to make it based on when the boat was going to dock, the Sebago people bent over backwards to help us out, give us a refund,... more

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Sebago Watersports. Their customer service by email and phone was prompt and thorough. We took a half-day snorkel tour. Sebago provided us with snorkels, masks, flippers, vests, and a noodle for my husband who is less comfortable in the water. The boat was large and the captain accommodated the choppy weather... more

In June 2008, my husband, daughter (13 yrs) and I went on the Sebago Power Adventure cruise. I researched the internet extensively (advertisements and reviews) before deciding to use Sebago and was very satisfied. It was a lot of fun! The crew (Capt. John, Eric and Bethanie) were wonderful! Our boat had people of all ages. It is well worth... more

Booked the Morning Snorkel Sail through Expedia for a Saturday morning in late May. Weather was excellent. Sailed about 8 miles off the coast of Key West. Crew member said we'd be snorkeling in the 3rd best reef in the world. Crew = Great folks. Did a small verbal presentation so that everyone knew how to use gear and educated... more

We booked our Waverunner tour around Key west with Sunset watersports, but Sebago provide it on their behalf. When I presented my discount for 10 dollars off I was given a story about not booking with Sunset and should have booked with Sebago direct so therefore he wouldn't take it. When I questioned it, he said the same "sentence" again... more

We researched these guys on the web before going to Key West Feb.08-12. Our concierge at our Inn also reommended them. We did the all day "Power Adventure"...what a great time!!!!! Tony, Chris and Racheal were great. The morning started with snorkeling at the reef. Wether you were a beginner or experienced at this activity the crew made it an... more

We did The Island T'ing. You board the catamaran in the morning to go snorkeling at a reef and then kayak the mangroves which are small island areas just off of Key West which thrive with birds as well as other ocean life. You can still see the main island it is just a short boat ride from Key West.... more

My family and I have been to Key West twice in the last few years and Sebago is the only Watersports company we use. We originally booked a parasailing trip with them. This experience was so professionally done and so fun we could not get enough. My 17 year old daughter is petrified of heights and did not want to... more
