I read all the negative reviews before going and still decided to go. Here's my $.02 from the point of a family of 4: Me, wife, 3 year old son, 7 month old daughter. If you are making the trip to Disney and have some time to spend, get the ticket where you can go to all parks. My family had lots of fun in the main parks, but time spent in the water parks were well worth the extra money. We especially loved swimming with the sharks! Okay..Disney World is a big topic. A couple of things to know right off. 1. It is very expensive. 2. Certain times of the year can be very crowed!! Long lines. 3. You must plan ahead! 4. Disney World is one of my favorite places to go. I have been there four times now and it could use some updating. Overall things have improved in many areas. There is more to do at the Animal Park. Hollywood Studios has a great new 3D ride for Buzz Lightyear. I have a disability that requires me to use a powerchair to get around. I visited Disney World in Orlando in June of this year. I found the staff to be very accommodating to my needs. I first went to disney when I was 12, I hated it. I remembered the long lines just for a 5 minute ride. They have really done a lot better with the fast pass. My 2 boys loved disney, and so did I. We were there from open to close!! Suggestions: get the fat pass, go get on another ride... more
