Lviing in the midwest does not offer too many opportunities like this, so we went ahead and did it while we waited for our room to be ready. It was a neat experience, but the show was a real stinker. I guess that is why they have people review it first. more

Ok, yes there is lots of people working for them in the hotel handing out tickets to join the study group, but I think this is because everyone thinks its time share or a waste of time! Well, If you have an hour or so to spare and looking for something intresting and gettting paid to boot, this is well... more

We initially avoided the Television Preview greeters at the entrance to the MGM Grand that were handing out free tickets (so used to avoiding the timeshare sales people) but eventually decided to check out the Television Preview. After a long walk through the casino shops to the very back of the MGM Grand (near the convention center) we arrived at... more

This has to be one of the most annoying things ever placed in a hotel. What were they thinking ??? I never saw anyone do anything but run from the people who were trying to hand out the tickets. Again, what are they thinking having this in a nice hotel??? There are 2-3 people on each side of the hall... more

We were invited upstairs and paid $50 each. It took about 2 hours. It was interesting and a welcome relief (and cheap!) from walking and ogling and more walking and... more

I have participated in movie/show reviews in California in the past, and while passing through the shops in the MGM Grand, my mom and I were approached by the Television City host to review one of the half hour shows. I thought it would be fun for my mom, who had never done this before, but I really wish I... more

This was an interesting experience. You are asked to frequently input data into a handheld keyboard, and the results are somehow tabulated. For the time spent, you are given a gift certificate for $10 in the gift shop which was lacking in variety. The $10 doesn't touch the actual cost of the gift shop items. This is not suitable for... more

If you have an hour to spare away from the casino floor at the MGM Grand, take a long stroll back towards the pool along their Studio Walk. At the end of the shops you'll find MGM's Television City where you can get FREE tickets to watch a pilot TV show AND give your opinions and review the show you... more
