I was invited along with friend to the Phantom of the Opera at the Venetian. I didn't know what to expect has I am not a big musical fan. We had seats in the Golden Circle center row and the view was tremendous. All I can say is WOW! The music, the effects and the performers were spectacular. The show... more

Saw Phantom last week. Having seen many Broadway shows but somehow never having managed to see Phantom in NYC, I feel this version left out some critical parts. My group was really looking forward to it and somewhere during the show, we all got so confused that we all sorta lost interest. There is absolutely no characterization at all. The... more

We bought our tickets through Tix 4 Tonight and paid $85 for seats in the orchestra section. We could see everything very well, the stage was beautiful and special effects were wonderful. What incredible music! I have not seen Phantom on the regular stage yet so there were times that I wasn't able to follow the story completely. I assume... more

I will start off by saying I hate PotO. I think Andrew Lloyd Webber is extremely overrated...I was shocked at how they improved the show for the Vegas edition. The chandelier helped sway my decision. It was probably the best piece of stage work I've ever seen. I've never been to Broadway so this excludes the "greats." They also cut... more

OK, OK> Everyone is hesitant to pay 'Vegas $ for a stage show thats cheaper at home .. .. BUT, PHANTOM is definitely worth the $$ for the staging alone .. .. After seeing Phantom in LA & London, I wasn't brimming with excitement when I purchased my ticket to see it again with my family but I was... more

We went to the Phantom of the Opera last night and were interested to experience it having seen a couple of shows in London. Overall we had a good time and loved seeing the purpose built theatre at the Venetian. We got our tickets in row BE on the mezzanine floor for $84 (they go for $134 at the official... more

If you like theater then you must see Phantom. It is an incredible show! The sets, music, acting, and singing are superb! The actress playing Christine has the most beautiful voice I have ever experienced. It was truly moving. I can't believe anyone would have one bad word to say about Phantom. My husband, who is not a big on... more

I've always adored the music from this show but had never seen it during it's run on Broadway. I was more than excited to enter the theater and when I did, it took my breath away. Stunning wall, seat and curtain treatments in plum, maroon, and mahogany. The chandelier and special effects were VERY cool! The actors' voices were amazing.... more

The theatre, the production, the sound and the actors in this musical are fabulous, but the show itself is about 40 minutes too short. Yes, all the songs from the original score are in the show, but some are very, very truncated. For example, 'Masquerade', one of my favourites, lasts about six minutes in the film/London show. In this, it... more

I have seen Phantom three times now, but this was the first time seeing the Vegas version. The theater was awesome, the chandelier was very cool. Above all, the singing was BETTER than I've seen and heard before. The actress that played Christine was the best....better than Sarah Brightman and Emmy Rossum (although comparing those two are like apples &... more
