The first thing I must say is the minute you book your hotel you must book the BAG service, they appoint volunteers on a first come first served basis... Big apple greeters is an incredible service that enabled us to see and experience New York with the expertise and knowledge of a native New Yorker. It's a shame to see so many people miss out but our greeter said that demands on the service have increased so rapidly over the last three years that they tend to focus on... more
