This offbeat roadside attraction features 10 graffiti-covered Cadillacs standing upright in a row, buried nose-first in the ground. The sculpture is the brainchild of Amarillo millionaire Stanley Marsh III, who chose classics dating from 1948 to 1963, the "Golden Age" of the American automobile.

For more than 50 years, this whimsical theme park has been thrilling the young and old alike. Includes hair raising roller coaster rides like the Texas Tornado and the Cyclone, plus water slides and a special area with rides for younger children.

The development of the American Quarter Horse from colonial times to present day is traced through interactive exhibits, dramatic video presentations and live demonstrations.

This mile-long stretch of road originally belonging to Route 66, now features shops, clubs and restaurants. Favorites include the Nat Ballroom, currently an antiques store, but a former stop for the Big Bands that passed through Amarillo, and the Golden Light Café, where the best hamburgers in town have been served for more than 50 years.

On the eastern rim of the Palo Duro Canyon, the Figure 3 Ranch hosts Cowboy Mornings: horse-drawn wagon rides through miles of scenic ranch land followed by mouth-watering breakfasts of eggs, sausages and sourdough biscuits.
