| Brand new theater that opened up in May, 2008. Located just off of Cannery Row, they have been playing family friendly movies that deal with sea creatures (makes sense since the Aquarium is just down the street). Comfortable seats. |

| Will set up a surprise bonfire for the whole family with a completely built fire, extra wood, beverages and all the fixings for smores. A lot of fun and a rare treat since most coastal areas no longer allow bonfires. |

| Childrens museum with interactive displays that will keep your kids busy for hours. Safe environment and encouraging staff. Will be moving to a much larger facility closer to Fishermans Wharf in November but currently located nearby the IMAX theater on Cannery Row. |

5. Dennis the Menace Park

|
| Slides, bridges, rock climbing walls, mazes, swings...this park has it all including a real locomotive. Nearby are a snack bar, skate park, Lake El Estero (paddle boating) and the ocean. |

| They have live animal shows at their facility in Salinas. They train many of the animals used in hollywood films. Very interesting and fun for the entire family. |

7. Oceans 18 Miniature Golf
|
|
| Indoor miniature golf located just off of Cannery Row. Perfect for days when the fog rolls in or it is raining outside. There are also batting cages located in Carmel and in downtown Monterey adjacent to Jacks Park. |
