Tokyo Prince Hotel has a great location, situated 2 minutes walk from Onarimon underground station, in the Mita Line. I stayed there for 2 nights the first time in a double room, and 2 nights a second time in a triple room. Both were confortable, symple and clean. Price per room was around 100 euros, not expensive at all for... more

I've just got back from a stay at this hotel and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Sure the decor is a bit 1970s and beige but the rooms are clean and the service is without exception polite and efficient. The location is fine - only a few minutes walk from Omarimon station and taxis are plentiful too. All in... more

While the whole property is a throwback to the hotel infrastructures of the early 80s, it is kept clean and well-maintained despite a couple of areas where immediate refurbishments are in order. Low-rise for a city like Tokyo, this particular Prince Hotel immediately strikes you as a staple seminar venue for many local companies. The lobby is never without crowds... more

We were in Tokyo in 2006 for a 1 1/2 weeks. The had gotten a great hotel/flight package for the first week and had stayed at the Century Hyatt. We extended our stay and was looking for an affordable, convenient hotel. This hotel was listed in our guidebook. We called up the property, then went there by taxi. The moment... more

Clean and good service. The room was spacious and had all facilities. For the price we were well pleased. Others have commented on water stained carpets but these were stained and not dirty and only in the corridors. The shop in the basement was great if after a hard day you just wanted a drink/snack and bed. There were metro... more

My husband and I vacationed in Tokyo this May, and chose the Tokyo Prince from reading reviews posted on this site. The reviews we had read were, in fact, accurate, so we had a good idea of what to expect. The staff are eager to help and the service is excellent (this is, after all, Japan), and most of them... more

My husband and I were very excited to see Tokyo - the electronics capital of the world. As soon as we got to the Tokyo Prince Hotel, however, we were quite disappointed. The carpeting throughout the hotel looked water-damaged. The bathroom had mold in it. The wallpaper in the room was peeling. The headboard and bedskirt were stained, and the... more

My husband and I stayed here for a 4 day visit to Tokyo. Basic hotel which we understand was used for the Olympics. Rooms are small (but expected as it is Japan). Choose carefully as some of the rooms may smell like smoke. The front desk was kind enough to switch us out to another room. The upholstery is a... more

We stayed at the Tokyo Prince Hotel very recently. I rated this hotel above average because of the cleanliness of our room and the great service the staff provided throughout our stay. This was the hotel that was closest to where my husband was teaching a course. I would've preferred staying at the new Prince Park Tower Tokyo - which... more
