It should be a great hotel- but it isnt! The service is AWFUL. Very unfriendly, slow, unsmiling. The housekeeping staff useless, despite generous early tipping. This is by far the best hotel in Havana – almost 5* international standard! Bedrooms are a good size with a bathroom and separate shower.
