De Plantage is an excellent place to stay with personal touches from beginning to end. We contacted the property directly. Shelien gave us excellent advice on renting a car, what to do and where to go on numerous occasions, and of course restaurants off the beaten track. In January we stayed at De Plantage (our family of 4 with teenage daughters) and we truly enjoyed it. It is not a beachfront property, but it is very clean, private and pretty. You can reach the beaches or the stores within minutes and we enjoyed getting back to our comfortable bungalow after a day at the beach. My husband... more

After reading many many reviews on Curacao, we decided to give a small apartment complex a shot, since we did not want to stay in a noisy environment with hundreds of tourists.
