The Hotel Europa is right in 'downtown' Boca Chica, about 1 block from the beach. Went to Hotel Europa in 2002. Very clean, great maid service. A little noisy (I had a street side room) but it is to be expected this hotel is on the main drag Duarte where all the night life takes place. the staff are honnest, two weeks with nothing missing.
