Myself and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. My biggest gripe was the bathroom, the cleaning staff were not doing their job. I had to clean the mirror and the bath myself. I think for the $180 we were charged I was expecting more. more

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and the room would easily go for $200 in the states. The location was great too. If you want to be in the heart of the Zona Colonial and not spend too much money...this is it. Chris PS see me other reviews(Residencia Dominica, Joker Hotel, Tropic Banana) more
