This is the third time I stay at the Kingston Hilton Hotel since the begining of 2008. My latest stay was during the third week of July. This time around I was given a room in an execuitve floor. By coincidence (?) both previous times I was given the same room, with its stained carpet, the noisy air condition and... more

this hotel is very poor maintain, the tiles on the bathroon were all damage, the ac could hardly get the room cold, the staff was very nice, and the pool and all. food was very expensive. but hotels lacks quality for the amount of money paid more

Read other peoples reviews on the hotel, and having stayed at the Pegasus before, decided that as I was here on business it would be a safe and secure option. The hotel is in real need of an update, the reception area is small, and probably the best part of the hotel. Was given a room on the executive floor,... more

GENERAL AREAS: This hotel has really nice public areas. 24 Hour coffee shoppe, serving desserts and cold sandwiches. A sundry store selling everything (t-shirts, soft drinks, rum, light snacks, personal care items). There is pool bar which serves light/bar food (wings, salads, hamburgers); and is always alive with activity. The pool area is very large and comfortable. Every evening, the... more

What a dump! This really gives Hilton a bad name. The carpet was filthy, with wads of gum in it. There were ants all over the room and bathroom. The bath tub was rusted out and it looked as if a poor attempt was made to resurface the tub...like 10 years ago; currently the tub has patches of dfferent colors... more

Spent a week on business at the Hilton. It is a fully functional business hotel. I spent the weekend there as well and loved the number of activities they hosted. Try and get a room with a balcony as it affords a good view of this part of the island. It is an older Hilton property but they have managed... more

When my family (5 members) was traveling to Kingston, we wanted to make sure that we stayed in a safe and fun environment. All of the hotel booking web sites told us to stay away from the Hilton in Kingston but, I am happy to report that I found them all to be very wrong! The staff and facilities of... more

Stayed here in the executive suit for 9 days after reading their online brouchure. It stated they had an Olympic sized swimming pool, it hasn't the pool is 25x10meters, come and use our gym it said, the gym is not even owned by the hotel and you have to pay extra for using this cramped sweat box. I've also had... more

The rooms are filthy, the staff are rude and some of the most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. There was garbage thrown on the floor of our room and the bathroom was disgusting. We were woken up at 6am by a loud machine noise directly above our room. After being told several times that it would be sorted... more

I wish there was a negative option for ranking this excuse for a hotel. I would like to rank it a negative 20!!!!! I have stayed in hotels across the world, a different hotel monthly for the past 5 years. First, the check in process is LONG. Don't plan on making meetings or anything and allot an hour for check... more
